Bettina Ellinghorst

With over 20 years of Investor Relations experience, Bettina is a trusted and valued partner, advising and supporting her clients to sustain and grow shareholder value.

Prior to founding Ellinghorst IR in 2007, Bettina worked for WestLB Panmure, a Pan-European investment bank, as an equity analyst and in specialist sales. Driven by a desire to focus on a career in Investor Relations, Bettina then became Deputy Head of IR at Schwarz Pharma, a German-listed mid-cap pharmaceutical company. In this role, Bettina applied her sell-side knowledge and buy-side insight to advise the Board and senior management team, and to implement the IR strategy.

During her time at Ellinghorst IR, Bettina also worked for goetzpartners securities Limited, a Pan-European corporate broker, as Investor Relations Principal, providing IR advice to clients and support with non-deal-roadshows (NDRs). 

While working with her clients, Bettina applies skills honed during her performance team-sport career.

Bettina grew up in Germany and has lived in London for over 15 years with her family. She is multilingual (English, German, French) and has international work experience.

Annabel Michie

Annabel has over 15 years’ experience in Investor Relations gained in-house for a FTSE 250 company, with IR consultancies and in corporate broking, underpinned by prior experience as an equity research analyst.

Annabel holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing (2021). 

Annabel is passionate about working with clients to determine their strategic priorities and delivering impactful and effective Investor Relations including the integration of material ESG elements.

Prior to entering the IR advisory space in 2015, Annabel worked for Invensys plc, a FTSE 250 industrials and technology group acquired by Schneider Electric in 2014. Annabel was Director of Investor Relations, focused upon working with the senior management team to develop and deliver an effective IR strategy; crafting and implementing the equity story; and building and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Annabel began her career in 2001 at UBS Investment Bank as an equity analyst on the number one ranked European Aerospace & Defence research team. Realising that she wanted to pursue a career in IR, Annabel moved in 2006 to Scott Harris, a specialist IR consultancy, and now part of Rothschild & Co. At Scott Harris, Annabel had responsibility for multi-sector client accounts including FTSE 100, small- and mid-cap companies, and was focused on the promotion of the equity story, corporate access, and investor targeting, both for non-deal roadshows and alongside brokers for fundraisings.

Annabel lives in London with her family and enjoys running and tennis in her spare time.
